Can someone help me out? Some time ago, someone was posting a particular graphic often enough that I decided I didn't want to see it anymore, so I adblocked it. Yay!

Except, now I can't see ANY pictures/icons/graphics she posts. I tried everything I could think of. I even uninstalled adblock, and I STILL can't see anything. WTF did I do? What can I do to make it stop?
