if it's true, that's sad, and you'd think common courtesy would prevent someone bringing up an unpleasant/uncomfortable situation. however, i wouldn't bet money on his escaping unscathed. (i know this is asking the impossible, but whatever happened to staying out of other people's business, especially when Other People are people you don't actually *know*?)

some people in aspects of fandom really make me cringe, both for the o_O factor and because it gets all the rest of us tarred with the same brush.

heh. most of the people i met when i first got into fandom (not SPN, but still) ARE lovely, so i was spoiled at the outset, i suppose. it was quite a shock when i encountered Teh Crazy for the first time.

rumbelings Ive heard...The guy running the con know whats going on...people are telling him to say something to the audience not to ask about it...Adam wants to wait till he talks to Jared tonight/in the am....and see what he says... Jared may just address it himself, and period point blank, nobody ask anything further???

Poor Jared. Poor Sandy. Gah. Man, it's like the song says, "If you mind your own business then you won't be minding mine." People forget they don't know Jared Padalecki at. all., and I'm so sorry he has to meet this side of fandom at a time like this. Bleh. I hope Creation backs him up and gives him room to deal.

Do you think it's true? All this shit about the "roommate" and selling stuff on ebay makes me suspect it's some cruel rumor. As does the timing, since he's got at least two cons coming up and if fans are stupid enough to bring up Wincest publicly, they're certainly going to be stupid enough to ask about this. Heck, even your friend commenting above that Jensen was all smiles - we've all got tin hats, but realistically that doesn't sound like someone who's best friend just broke up with his long-time girlfriend.
