Background: Heigl was recently quoted as saying she removed herself from Emmy consideration because she wasn't given worthy material to work with this year.

I don't watch GA, but just about everyone I know who does HATES the direction her character has been taken the last few seasons, in fairness to her. After the Knocked Up thing, though, it does make you wonder why she's taking/sticking with these projects if she hates them so much, though.
