Dear New Orleans snowfall,

I'm so pleased that you decided to pay a visit down N'awlins way. It's making me smile, reading all the Letters to the Snow from my NO-based flist. Make things all festive-looking for them and have a lovely stay. And when it's time for you to leave, why not drop by the WNC mountains? We'd love to see you, too.

*stares at the drizzle out the window*

Love,
Me

What's funny I just made a post about this, lol. My family is so excited!

Where in NC are you btw?

I'm south of Asheville, near Hendersonville. I love snow so much! I mean, seriously, litle frozen flakes piling up on the ground -- what's not to like? :D

How did I not know you're in NC?! Where are you?

When I first moved North I was so enamored by snow. Then I lived in Chicago for a few years and well the novelty wore off fast, lol. Now I like it in moderation.

But I'm so happy for family in Louisiana cuz they've never had a snow fall this heavy in recent memory and so all the kiddies are excited.

I moved to NC earlier this summer. I'm in the Durham-Chapel Hill area! Man, we need a NC girls fan meetup, for reals ♥

We seriously do! A few of us had decided to have one, but we've never gotten around to actually setting it up. Maybe we should just pick a weekend and go for it, you know? Maybe next summer? I'm so not good at organizing these things. *facepalms*
