Finn Is Great-- Who Is That?

So I'm watching it, and I'm thinking to myself that the thing I'm going to be writing about this particular clip is how completely, charmingly awkward Finn's dancing is, and how, omigosh, Cory Monteith seriously puts his heart and soul into this. And don't get me wrong, Finn is alarmingly charming, and I do adore CM more every time he opens his mouth.
And then. Then there's this other guy dancing -- I know you know the one I'm talking about! -- and holy shit. I have no idea what the character's name is (or the actor's, for that matter,) but I hereby name him FIGWIT (Finn Is Great-- Who Is That?!) I totally stole this from Lord of the Rings fandom, and it totally works. HOSHIT, I love this guy.Please don't let him be a baby 'cause I already feel like a perv for squeeing over a 26-year-old.
SO. Speak up, Glee afficianados! Tell me who this guy is! Tell me I'm not a complete cougar for thinking he's the hottest thing I've seen on my screen in-- well, a lot longer than I care to admit.
