It always amazes me how much physical activity I get when I volunteer at the poodle farm. Just simple things like 'babysitting' the Littles while adopters are meeting dogs, carrying and holding Littles, kneeling to love on Bigs, corraling Bigs into their crates and then feeding them, etc. *creaky*
