Haha, well to be fair to Daniel, he didn't say the guys would be there for sure (he implied it a little with that last part but I don't think he was trying to mislead but rather just driving home the point that if you're going for the SPN panel, you better be sure you plan to be there Sunday rather than just Saturday). Most likely they will try to get at least one of the guys there but it's a struggle that all of the Vancouver shows face because it's right as they've gotten back into production and it's not the quick day trip that the LA folks have.
His source for that information is legit so I wasn't trying to say he isn't reliable. I just wanted you to know that they haven't confirmed WHO will be there from the show yet.
