I highly doubt it was Jensen, but it's hilarious that people have already drawn that conclusion. They normally don't stay at the same hotel as the con, BUTTTTTTTTTTT if the boys (Steve or Jason? I don't know the schedule) are performing, maybe they came? er. that sounded wrong. right. wrong. ANYWAYS, Jared and Jensen aren't scheduled to appear til tomorrow, but it's mid-day so who knows.

Well, we're here, and I certainly didn't notice any of the Creation staff rushing to cover up or deal with anything. The word is that Jared and Jensen did arrive at the airport. It was announced around 6:00PM, so given the time that this person posted I have a hard time believing a fan could've found them and caused a ruckus this quickly. *is doubtful*

Okay, and now having read the comments, we think it was Steve.

1. J2 are in town, yes, but there is no way they would come to the hotel (unless they are staying here, which Creation should be smart enough to have them at a hotel down the road) ahead of time. The only reason they would be here tonight is for Jason's concert which isn't for two more hours.

2. I saw Steve come in from a side entrance through the vendor's room in a hurry to get to the autographs and had a chance to thank him for the CDs for the auction. He seemed rushed and late, so it's quite possible he had the little episode outside causing him to be late. (The OP commented that it was a guest coming in from a side entrance and that smokers were asked to move.)

In any case, this is all too ridiculous. *sigh*

I wouldn't be surprised either way - but it is incredibly disappointing, both for the actors/actresses and the fangirls that are being sane. If the crazies keep coming out, I could imagine Jared and Jensen having a teleconference just so they feel safe. (Or Jensen feels safe - i'm pretty sure Jared could take a lot of people down. Except Sterling Brown. I think he said Sterling Brown could easily floor him... scary....)

I've seen a lot of this happen before: fan meets celeb, meeting is less than what is expected, celeb is to blame. No questions about if the fan was a bit more enthusiastic than comfortable... The celeb is almost automatically an a-hole.

That said, I hope everybody involved is okay, and I hope the story has been trumped up to be not-as-bad as it sounds like...

I've spoken to a member of Creation security whom is a friend of mine and others have spoken to official sources as well and all of them confirm that this is just a nasty rumor.

Jared and Jensen were at a restaurant having dinner with friends when all of this supposedly took place.
