US Merlin fans, mark your calendars for Sunday, June 21 at 8 p.m. NBC has announced that's when they'll start to air the 13-part Merlin, the BBC show about the Camelot-era sorcerer as a young man. From the NBC website's description:

"Merlin" is a new 13-part drama series that updates the story of the infamous sorcerer of Arthurian legend for a new audience in the mythical city of Camelot, in a time before history began. In this fantastical realm, Merlin is a young man gifted with extraordinary magical powers who arrives in the kingdom and quickly makes enemies, including the heir to Uther's crown, the headstrong Prince Arthur. But guided by Uther's wise physician Gaius, Merlin is soon using his talents not just to survive but also to unlock Camelot's mystical secrets.

I've seen lots of people doing daily posts about what's making them happy (and I love them, btw!) and wanted to do something similar. Because it's important to me that I get healthier this year, I'm going to try to post every day the things I've done to take care of my body -- and I think I'll call it What Have You Done for Me Lately. :D

* 45 minutes on the WiiFit (it totally counts!)
* walked around at the mall
* wrote down everything I ate
* stayed well within Points range
* ate lots of healthy foods for great yay!

And I'm off to get the hubby hooked on Merlin. Mine is an evil laugh. :D
