I fear I have a cold or something coming on. (*cue Anakin bellow: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!eleven!!*)
DO NOT WANT. I'm taking Emergen-C for the mega doses of vitamin C, and making a big pot of chicken soup tonight, but GIVE ME IDEAS OMG. What else can I do? What foods are super-packed with vitamins? What's great for energy?

Date: 2008-11-12 08:56 pm (UTC)There was maybe an eighth of the bottle left when I read that the stuff I saw floating in the bottle were live bacteria cultures and not fruit puree. I guess if you eat yogurt, you shouldn't have a problem with drinking this stuff.
