I'm sick of people complaining when Dean has thirty seconds more screen time than Sam. GET OVER IT.

Seriously, what kind of storyline can they possibly have if they're constantly side-by-side? This season is about exploring their relationship even when they're apart. How can they possibly set up this brother-against-brother storyline they seem to be setting up, if they're always in each other's pockets (OUT OF THE GUTTER, YOU)? Castiel is not going to threaten that. Ruby 2.0 is not going to threaten that. Anna is not going to threaten that. It's called character development, y'all, and it's a GOOD thing.

Wow, this was... random. The show hasn't even been on for like a month.

And yet people are still complaining about it! This was prompted by a spoilery question in Ausiello's column, but I've seen a lot of similar talk this season.

Earlier in the hiatus, I started reading some of the spoilers. Then the wank. Have these people not learned that spoilers can be misleading--and certainly don't represent the entire episode. *sheesh*

word, WORD

I could not believe that TV Guide question. Seriously people. SERIOUSLY??!

Well, it is hellatus, so it's bound to happen.

Ha, you saw it, too! The lameness, it pains me.

And you've got a point about hiatus. Tempers do start getting short (including mine, apparently). Nothing new and exciting to discuss, I suppose.

It really is just UGLY

The only time that is worse? The three or four weeks after the finale, but before the first spoilage starts appearing for the next season's premiere? Lord, I remember between S6&7 of BtVS. I thought people were actually going start having online RUMBLES about Spike's soul and Tara and all that jazz. It was ridiculous, just RIDICULOUS. But sekretly amusing, too. What? I'm evil!

Amen sister! :)

Ah....hiatus. The breeder of wank.

But you know what people want, right. They want S1 Sam and Dean. They never want the boys to change. Because of course real people never change over the years, right? :P

Exactly! And I do get that they want S1 Sam and Dean. I miss them sometimes, too. But if the characters aren't growing and changing, the show will stagnate, and who wants that? Personally, I don't want the show to turn into something formulaic, like House or CSI became.

I've been kind of burying my head in the sand when it comes to seeing arguments about who gets more screen time. It is ridiculous. I for one was happy to see that Castiel would get more if when season 5 rolls around. But I'm not going to have a hissy fit argue with anyone about it.

When the Ghostfacers got a lot of screen time I thought it was dumb that people had temper tantrums over it. JA & JP work so hard & so long every day I'm sure they welcome giving someone else screen time or taking turns having more so the other can rest a little. The fans don't care about how burnt out they probably get--*whew* Didn't mean go into my own tantrum so I'll stop *rolls eyes at self & crawls back into little cave until new episodes come back*

So not a tantrum. So totally true, because I agree!

Personally, I enjoyed Ghostfacers. Not my favorite, but fun. Besides, Ghostfacers made a fan of one of the guys I work with. How can anyone fault that??!?

I really liked Ghostfacers, too. Those guys are hilarious. It somehow makes watching Hell House that much funnier to watch.

The wank cometh. I was wondering when that would happen.

Personally, I'm glad to hear rumblings about Misha being added as a regular should season 5 happen. And frankly, I'd welcome ANY kind of character development, no matter how painful or distressing it might be because I still can't watch Sam/Ruby smexin' because it really stressed me out.

I don't think HELL YES covers it. ;) Because . . . hell yes, you have! So glad I'm not the only one who feels this way!

I was tempted to enter spn_secrets (sick, yeah, I know--but notice I did not link) calling out:

Samgirls bitching that Dean is getting all the screen time.

AND

Deangirls whining that Dean STILL isn't part of the mytharc.

[Seriously, the hiatus has been good for me. I've kind of distanced myself from fandom. I sure that will cease once the series starts up again. But right now, the peace is wonderful!)

Sometimes the best and worst thing about SPN is its fans. I can't stand those kinds of arguments, and how there's a contingent of people who want EVERY FEMALE CHARACTER OFF THE SHOW. Let us not see the boobies, for they are an affront in the eyes of fangirls! Hey, fangirls, I like boobies. >_____>

*stepping in to add two cents* and guess what? Bobby's become important to the show too - DEAL.
