This is how insane my life is right now: Supernatural Season 3 DVD sets have been available for 48 hours and I STILL DON'T HAVE ONE omg.

Nor have I done this week's reading for my ed psych class, which in the end is probably more of a concern. But WE WANTS THE COMMENTARIES. WE WANTS THE FEATURETTES. And Easter eggs! Are there Easter eggs? *whimpers*

I don't have one either. It'll be here tomorrow (ordered from Amazon). My ex (who got me into the show) paid extra for overnight shipping. I love the woman, but that's nutz. ;)

Dude, that's a nice ex! ;) And if I wasn't hoping to still snag one of the Best Buy sets, I'd seriously consider getting the overnight shipping. Okay, that's a lie because I'm CHEAP and also am not going to have time to watch anything for several days anyway. But anyway, yes, nice ex. :D

I went digging for Easter eggs today, but have come up empty-handed so far, sadly. I heard a rumor of an extra gag reel and a Jared/Jensen tidbit of some sort, but if they're on there, they're hiding very very well. *sigh* I really wanted there to be Easter eggs.

Well there are "short segments showcasing favourite aspects of specific episodes." But no commentaries. I was a bit disappointed, yeah.

I'm sorry if you didn't want to know that already. Maybe the closer looks will be even more amusing somehow.

Oh, no, I don't mind knowing -- actually, it's better to know now rather than when I start looking through the DVDs trying to find them!

Am I crazy, or are there no cut scenes this time, either?

It doesn't look like it so far. The Impala featurette is pretty cool, and there's a special effects featurette that's neat. I haven't watched the Ghostfacers special yet.

Of course the gag reel is lovely. :)
